I have used almond butter which is my preferred nut butter compared to peanut butter. Almond butter is super high in vitamin E. Peanut butter can be highly allergic and intolerant food. Secondly, it is high in histamines which can trigger histamine reactions such as itchiness, headaches, brain fog, frequent urination, diarrhoea and many more symptoms. Finally, peanuts can contain high amounts of mycotoxins, which are known carcinogenic, neurotoxic and mitochondria damaging compound.
