Every time I talk to Ryan (whether in an ice bath or over a steak) I learn something new. He’s a wealth of knowledge who lives what he preaches. Ryan helps inspire and guides me, to do the same. I love that he doesn’t subscribe to one narrow viewpoint but takes a holistic perspective, considering all angles, to properly understand the individual and what’s best for them.
