Step 0. 100% effort.

Step 1. Ensure you are ready.
Read through our website, especially “the work with me page” to ensure you are mentally, physically, emotionally and financially invested to take back control of your health.

Step 2. Book your discovery call.
Using an automated calendar platform to schedule your call with Ryan. You will receive our pre-discovery brochure preparing you for our discovery call on email with appointment reminders.

Step 3. After the discovery call.
If Ryan and yourself were happy with the conversation and the potential of working towards your goals together. Ryan will email a proposal valid for 14 days.

Step 4. Boarding stage.
After accepting the proposal. Carla, the execute assistant will guide you through the formalities with terms of engagements, etc plus the in-depth pre-consultation data and information about yourself and history.

Step 5. Initial consultation.
After completing you will receive a link to book your initial consultation with Ryan. The timeframe from accepting your proposal and your initial consultation is 2-3 weeks.

Step 6. Post initial consultation.
Ryan will deliver all customised and personalised documentation and the next steps in email 48 hours afterwards.

Step 7. Ongoing support.
You will have access and be provided with the best support in the nutritional therapist industry from Ryan and his team. All follow up appointments and check-in documents will be discussed when relevant based on your journey back to optimal health. There is no one protocol or specific timeframe.
